Poiché "account" può voler dire anche cliente, cliente fisso, mi pare che nel presente contesto "firm account" potrebbe anche voler dire "nell'ambito di un accordo di fornitura fisso" / "in qualità di acquirente fisso", insomma, che XXX intende rifornirsi soltanto presso YYY... solo un suggerimento.
