Bonjour,

Quelqu'un connaît la différence entre Frottier et Frottee ?

Immer wieder muss man feststellen, dass „Frottierware“
mit „Frottee“ gleichgesetzt wird, obwohl es sich nicht um
die gleiche Textilart handelt.

Frottiergewebe:
• Gewebe von der Frottierwebmaschine
• Schlingenbildung durch Florkette
• Schlingenfaden lässt sich in Kettrichtung herausziehen
Frottee:
• Gewebe vom normalen Webstuhl
• schlingenreiches Warenbild durch Frotteezwirn im
Schuss
• Schlingen lassen sich nicht aufziehen

(Il s'agit de la présentation des produits d'une manufacture de lin, avec les différents métiers à tisser, fils, armures, ...).


J'ai beau chercher, tous les dictionnaires et lexiques donnent "tissu éponge" pour les deux.

Pensez-vous que "velours éponge" peut convenir pour Frottee ?
