Asker: Although I thought all the answers were really helpful, this is the one I'm going for because it's the one I actually used. Continuing Education gave me the general idea, but as this was for a UK audience, Further Education is obviously the right term. I also thought 'development' was very relevant, but since I didn't use that I can't vote that one. In the context I think development works very well but it's a bit of a gamble either way in the context. It could be either. Best, Lilly
