Es geht um ein Training in Präsentationstechnik, konkret um die Entwicklung der Stimme und ganz genau um das Atmen.
Unter der Überschrift "Breathing" heißt es:
"***Think slow and low***, and focus on the out breath. Empty your lungs ..."

Als Redner "langsam und niedrig denken"???, das macht mir keinen Sinn. Scheint ein idiomatischer Ausdruck zu sein.

Explanation:
Da die Überschrift "Breathing" lautet, denke ich schon, dass sich das "slow and low" direkt auf das Atmen bezieht.

Nicht langsam und tief denken, sondern langsam und tief atmen. Das "think XY", denke ich, ist hier im Sinne von "wichtig ist XY" oder "XY - das ist die Devise" gemeint - oder auch "Immer daran denken: langsam und tief [atmen]".

Also vielleicht einfach "Atmen Sie (stets) langsam und tief...".

Allerdings hört sich die Wendung "tief atmen" nicht ganz koscher an (oder?). Vielleicht ist "langsam und tief ein- und ausatmen" besser?

also nicht oberflächlich hecheln, sondern so wie stille Wasser tief sind, von unten aus dem Zwerchfell heraus atmen, ambesten geht das, wenn man steht (altes Paradebeispiel aich bei Telefonaten, wer steht, klingt überzeugender)

achten Sie auf eine ruhige Atmung und konzentrieren Sie sich auf das Ausatmen


Explanation:
für mich ist das slow and low irgendwie das Selbe: ruhig, nicht hektisch, "in einer niedrigen Frequenz" (für das low). Alles zusammen ist eigentlich m. E. nach in "ruhig" enthalten.
