Forse mi creo e vi creo problemi inutili. Ma "Nonno " è una traduzione adeguata in questo caso?
Stiamo parlando di mafiosi, e la frase completa è questa: "He [Il mafioso] said: [...] "Now, why couldn't you have made me more sympathetic? After all, I'm a grandfather".
Se "Godfather" è "Il Padrino, "Grandfather" non potrebbe essere qualcosa di simile? Grazie.

Ma dipende molto dal dialogo e dal contesto in generale - a chi è rivolta la frase, ad esempio?
