Potrebbe essere che il precedente traduttore lo abbia inserito come "reminder" ? un ipotesi. Comunque non mi risulta che ci sia un 'Registry to be confirmed'.
L'unica cosa che mi viene in mente per BC è 'builders certificate' questo serve se l'imbacazione è nuova, ma non esiste un specifico registro per questo documento.
Resto sempre dell'idea che sia un errore.
