La visión de XXX (supermercados) en la Argentina y el mundo pasa por **no ahorrar nada, salvo dinero** por eso la empresa ha creado...
(Después habla de "no ahorramos en llegar a más clientes, no hemos ahorrado en comprometernos con el medio ambiente, tampoco ahorramos en ser buenos vecinos....)

Mi intento es "to spare no efforts", pero en la primera frase no encaja con dinero...o si?

I think "except on the client's bill" loses some of the rhythm. If there's any way you can twist it into the second person (eg "the company, whose slogan is ...", that would be better.

They will NOT hold back on growing their customer base, they will NOT hold back on their promises regarding the environment, they will NOT hold back on being a good neighbor, however, they WILL hold back on wasteful spending, as any sound business should. They need to be careful about spending money, but as a responsible corporate citizen, they can not hold back on their duty to society.

Explanation:
For me, it is the firm that is unsparing in its efforts so that the client saves money - there are two protagonists and the slogan needs to convey that without muddying the waters - and the firm is unsparing in efforts more than in expense - nuance.
Not yet found the phrase I really like but the meaning is important, whence this contribution
