es geht um einen Arbeitsvertrag. Ein ausländischer Arbeitnehmer soll nach Deutschland geholt werden:

Alle Kosten für die Unterkunft und Verpflegung werden für die Aufenthaltszeit in Deutschland übernommen. Auch übernimmt der Arbeitgeber die entstehenden Kosten im Sinne von §§66-68 AufenthG. inkl. Haftung für Lebensunterhalt. Mit Aufnahme der Tätigkeit wird der gesetzliche Krankenversicherungsschutz des Arbeitnehmers hierfür Sorge tragen.
