I'm assuming it's a room because of the fact that a buffet breakfast is being offered, which suggests to me that it's a guesthouse or hotel.
Of course, if we are talking about a villa or apartment, then Oliver's suggestion would be the better option.

I think you are right. I would leave it just like that because "pernottamento" does not necessarily include breakfast.

neutral  S E (X): I'm thinking it's a given that accommodation is offered for an overnight stay, and it wouldn't be listed as a "possibility". I think also the "solo" can't be left out, and refers to the option of booking a bed without the breaksfast, for a cheaper price.
41 mins
-> Agree with you, "possibility of overnight stay only" would work better

neutral  Oliver Lawrence: I agree with Sarah Elizabeth, this won't work as it stands

accommodation only option

Explanation:
I'm not sure why everyone seems to be assuming that the accommodation is necessarily going to be a room, as surely it could potentially also be dormitory/hostel or even self-catering/villa accommodation.

It's amazing the variety of interpretations - this just seemd appropriate and catchy. Would make a good slogan for a sandwich board advert.
