3. Company shall immediately notify Philips of any (threatened) unauthorized access or any attempt to access without authorization the Web Site by any person or entity of which it becomes aware. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company shall immediately notify Philips in writing if at any time any Access Method or the Web Site are or have been or are likely to be or have been accessible or available to a person who is not, or who has ceased to be, an Authorized User, or upon Company's discovery that any Access Method has been lost, stolen or compromised or the security of the Web Site has been compromised for any other reason (e.g. in case "back door" has been implemented).
