This is from a shareholder's agreement. The word "efterställning" comes up again a couple of sentences later "Ägarna bekräftar härmed att alla lån de, eller någon av dem, kan ha lämnat eller kommer lämna Bolaget skall vara efterställda Konvertibellånet".
Could it be "adjusted" or something like that?Thanks.
