agree  Stephanie Ezrol: Sometimes laymen use the term sorting for filtering. Filtering is selecting out data which is different then sorting.

  -> Thanks Stephanie. Actually, filtering and sorting are two quite different procedures as sorting doesn't hide data, just rearranges it.
