He (der Radsportler) changed parts of his technique, from cadence to pedaling to *aerobic conditioning*, to achieve small but crucial improvements in his performance.

Dank englischsprachigem Wikipedia weiß ich nun, was aerobic conditioning bedeutet. Allein mir fehlt der deutsche Fachbegriff dafür.

disagree  Michaela Bittner: "Aerobic" wäre m.E. hier irreführend, da dies im deutschen für eine bestimmte Art rhytmischen Fittnesstrainings verwendet wird (und hier geht es ja um Radsport)
