Portuguese term or phrase: ac. RP
Term from a Portuguese appeal addressed to the Dutch authorities regarding a drunk driving offence. The suspect is convicted and not permitted to drive for three months. In the sentence the following reference is used: No mesmo sentido: ac. RP de 12.03.97: BMJ, 465º - 646. I know BMJ stands for Boletim do Ministerio da Justiça but the first part I do not understand. Thank you for any input you may have!

I wasn't sure about RP, but Tribunal de Relação do Porto, from what I have looked up in Internet, makes all sense.
