Sto traducendo lo studio compiuto da un consulente economico sulla situazione fiscale di un suo cliente. In più occasioni si parla di "Decree of the Tax Authority". Vi riporto alcuni esempi:

If the irregularity had been noticed in due time by Tax Administration the consequence could have been repeal of the ***Decree*** on exit of the taxpayer from the VAT system;

In this case, sales tax is paid according to the ***Decree of the Tax Authority*** appropriated by the location the real estate is in, so if the acquisitor registers value of the acquired property in the amount lower than the market value, than Tax Authority will estimate the property only for the purpose of taxation.

Il testo non è scritto da un madrelingua e mi chiedo se il termine "decree" sia adeguato in questo contesto. A ogni modo, ovviamente, ciò che più mi importa è trovare una soluzione corretta in italiano. Per il momento mi sono mantenuta sul generale, traducendo con "atto". Cosa ne pensate?

Opterei più per 'ordinanza amministrativa' (se sono accurati, dovresti avere un numero da qualche parte), poiché 'decreto' è più al livello governativo.

Se non erro le imposte di vendita sono in realtà 'le tasse di registrazione'

Non metteri 'autorità fiscali' (si trova soprattutton nelle traduzioni da testi inglesi/americani) , bensì 'Fisco', 'Erario', tutt al più ''Amministrazione/Autorità Finanziaria'.
