In Austria at least, there are two types of Blutbild--kleines Blutbild and grosses Blutbild [='CBC with differential' =complete blood count with differential count]

I do not usually respond to DE>EN questions, but with medium confidence, I would think that this is the most usual way to say it explicitly, although I would agree with lirka that simply "blood counts" (such as, every other week) is also fine. (I cannot judge "follow-up blood counts", but would think it is at least clear.)

[BTW: "BB-Kontrolle" should still be written with a hyphen.]
