Official Copy of Civil Court Decision on Petition (Case) Explanation: Salinan = Official Copy (untuk membedakan dari foto-kopi biasa) Penetapan Perkara Perdata Permohonan = Civil Court Decision on Petition Case. Saya pikir daripada hanya mengatakan: "Civil Decision Case", lebih baik begini karena lebih jelas, siapa yang mengeluarkan penetapan itu. Karena adanya pembatasan jurisdiksi, Pengadilan Perdata (Civil Court) hanya berwenang untuk memutuskan perkara perdata. Sedangkan Pengadilan Pidana (Criminal Court) hanya berwenang untuk memutuskan perkara pidana. Jadi sudah pasti penetapan "Civil Court" adalah atas "Civil Case". Penggunaan istilah "Case" bersifat fakultatif (optional), boleh dipakai, boleh juga tidak. Karena menurut saya, setiap permohonan penetapan yang diajukan ke Pengadilan, pasti jadi perkara. |
