In limba romana este "valoarea actuala de iesire sau valoarea realizabila" (consta in valoarea pe care intreprinderea ar primi-o daca ar vinde azi in mod normal activul sau ar achita datoriile). Se aplica atat in domeniul proprietatii cat si in cel a contractelor de "lease" si "franchising", ambele cele din urma facnd parte din domeniul de Commercial Real Estate. equity: Equity is the financial interest or cash value of your home, minus the current loan balance(s).
