Japanese term or phrase:
I want to find out what is the meaning of 全バラ. This term appears in an automobile manual to resolve issues during manufacture. Other example of its appearance is 接触品全バラ確認実施.

Could 全バラ be an abbreviated form of a longer word? I searched on Google but couldn't find out what it stands for. Please help. Thanks.

verification of the components after complete dismantle/disassembling

Explanation:

Dismantling inspection or Zenbara inspection

Explanation:
First let me explain you something
There are 2 kinds of inspection
1-visual inspection (外観検査)
2-Zenbara inspection or dismantling inspection (全バラ検証OR解体検証)
The purpose of 外観検査 is to check if there are any "external defects in the product ...I mean the appearance of the product ...and it’s a visual inspection carrying out by eye

But the purpose of 全バラ検証 is to check and discover the internal defects in the product that is hidden and can be seen by your own eyes unless you "Dismantle" the finished product into pieces.

Also in automobile field they called it " 解体検証"
So it’s up to you

Example sentence(s):
