Pomerol is known for its rich and decadent wines.

Reference: dekadent

Reference information:
decadent,

with respect to wine, does always refer to a rather heavy, mostly sweet and very strong flavored wine; but it can also be a lighter fruity (not so sweet) wine - it often depends on what you eat with it that will determine the character of the wine.

It's also decadent because drinking it is pure decadent pleasure/indulgence, comparable with certain chocolates or other things one should not eat too much of.

"Dekadente Weine" would be just fine in my opinion but you might want to phrase it more like in the link below.

I would not combine the word "dekadent" directly with "Geschmack" - that doesn't sound right. It is about taste, yes, but it's the whole experience and the "quality/character/bouquet" of the wine that makes it decadent/is decadent.

Below is a link that uses the German 'dekadent" several times, however it is mostly not directly combined with the word "wine" but serves as a description of the character of the wine.
these wines are "üppig", another adjective used in connection with "dekadent' but "dekadent" is more or sometimes less than "üppig".
