rewrite phrase Explanation: I think it would be clearer if you rewrote the sentence something like: The contracter can fulfil his liabilities towards the contractee using any amonts the contractee owes the contracter, or something along these lines. I know it's not a direct translation but I hope it can help |

It is never "contractee." There are several ways of dealing with CONTRATANTE. One is "contracting party." Another is "principal." A third is to use the actual name of the company or person who in this instance IS the "contratante." |
