Se o arguido constituir mais do que um defensor, as notificações são enviadas apenas ao primeiro nome indicado na lista dos defensores constituídos. Por não conhecer o termo específico (se há) para o "acto de constituição", eu diria algo como "...to the first attorney listed at the time when defence counsel was constituted." Anyone with a more elegant way of say that... welcome! Suggestions appreciated.
