Квикбукс - это моя любимая программа, но она, к сожалению, не предназначена для отражения российских бухгалтерских операций. Наша (ам.) бухгалтерия имеет гораздо меньше наворотов и гораздо более прямолинейна. Зарезервированная продукция может быть как on hand, так и ordered (в зависимости от того, с какой стороны бухгалтер хочет на это посмотреть), поэтому нам это ничего не даст.

Sales order terms explained

Sales orders track a lot of different information and use some technical terms to do so:

Item: The items or services that appear on the sales order.
Available: The number of items that you have in your physical stock, minus the items or services that are on all other sales orders. This information appears on forms when the "Show quantity available instead of quantity on hand" option is selected.
On Hand: The number of items that you have in your physical stock, regardless of how many are included on other sales orders. This information appears on forms when the "Show quantity available instead of quantity on hand" option is cleared.

Ordered: The number of items or services that appear on the sales order.
Prev. Invoiced: The number of items or services that you previously invoiced for a customer or job.
To Invoice: The number of items or services that you want to add to an invoice for a customer or job.

Тут, вообще, трудно понять, зарезервировано ли для своих нужд или по заказу клиента. Поэтому я бы предложила такой вариант.
