Myślę w kierunku; have satisfield himself = powinno mu wystarczyć - ale nie jestem pewien.
Poszukuję zgrabnego określenia, w miarę możliwości wolnego od skojarzeń spoza budownictwa, jeżeli komuś się kojarzy.

Myślałem jeszcze o domniemaniu znajomości warunków ale tu mielibyśmy pytanie czy może on później przeprowadzać dowody na coś przeciwnego cz nie, a przynajmniej przytoczony fragment umowy brzmi raczej kategorycznie i sugeruje, że wykonawca powinien postarać się na tyle by zebrać wszystkie potrzebne informacje i że w razie błędu to jego obciąża ryzyko.
