el simbolo que antecede a 1782 significa "sección". Me he entretenido en el resto pero imagino te habrás dado cuenta aunque solamente lo he puesto en el primero. Espero te ayude. Un saludo

Es el equivalente al artículo en España, solo que allí parece ser lo llaman section y no article
