Coordonner la synthèse du nouvel Hôpital Civil de xxx. This is another line from a CV of a man who has done project management and skilled construction and factory management, and worked in the fields.

All the dictionaries I've checked say that the synthese as a noun means to summarize or would be from the English idea of to synthesize. Could he just be using this as another way of saying managing or supervising the building of a new hospital?
