vacation allowance/pay


Explanation:
Depending on the target audience (CA, US, UK, IE, AU, RSA etc.) you're going to have issues deciding between the terms vacation, leave, and holiday. Choose them carefully.

In the US, one is more like to use the term "vacation" loosely to refer to vacation days, vacation time, time off, leave, vacation leave etc etc etc. and it makes for a much more elegant solution IMO.
