I had this problem in a translation a while back. If you look at § 121 of the Czech Civil Code, "Příslušenství" are defined as follows:
(1) Příslušenstvím věci jsou věci, které náleží vlastníku věci hlavní a
jsou jím určeny k tomu, aby byly s hlavní věcí trvale užívány.
(2) Příslušenstvím bytu jsou vedlejší místnosti a prostory určené k
tomu, aby byly s bytem užívány.
(3) Příslušenstvím pohledávky jsou úroky, úroky z prodlení, poplatek z
prodlení a náklady spojené s jejím uplatněním.

So in your context it is (3) - basically "interest and charges"
