Hola. En una carta emitida por el Department of Management Services, Division of Retirement, de Florida, Estados Unidos, donde hacen constar la cantidad de dinero que recibirá una persona por mes. Al inicio de la página se indica: "Income Verification, Rev. 04/05". ¿Alguna idea de qué puede ser ese "Rev. 04/05"????

From my own experience, I'd say this is what it means. My only doubt is the date:

I assume it's April 5th if it's from USA.
