un swinger (échangiste) y un soft swinger (mélangiste) Explanation: En castellano se emplearía el anglicismo "swinger" para "échangiste". Es el término más aceptado hoy en día, por delante de "intercambio de parejas", ya que dicho no reune todos los matices (ser un swinger no implica necesariamente intercambiar parejas (puede darse el caso de sexo entre 3 personas o grupal, por poner un ejemplo). Mélangisme en castellano se dice "soft swinging". Suele añadirse entre paréntesis "swing suave o light". Espero haberte ayudado.
