length extender Explanation: Not sure about this, but there are a few hits for 'length extender' in combination with 'bakery' or 'dough', for example. Not all are relevant however. Googling in combination with 'dough' even gets a hit for male genital organ extension LOL |

dough stretcher Explanation: Stretcher itself won't work. You get a long of hits on Google for stretchers used with injured persons or male body part enlargement (I will leave the answer up to you).
