Dutch term or phrase: langmaker
This is apparently a machine that does something to pieces of dough, making them into a proper shape for bread. My first thought is "stretcher" since it literally translated is "something to make long", but I'm not sure if this is an existing term for bakeries or if this machine is called something else...?

There are various pieces of machinery that can be used, but the one that seems to come up most frequently is the dough moulder.

This certainly seems to be the best term, after some more research. Thanks, Kate!

length extender

Explanation:
Not sure about this, but there are a few hits for 'length extender' in combination with 'bakery' or 'dough', for example. Not all are relevant however. Googling in combination with 'dough' even gets a hit for male genital organ extension LOL

dough stretcher

Explanation:
Stretcher itself won't work. You get a long of hits on Google for stretchers used with injured persons or male body part enlargement (I will leave the answer up to you).

Anyway, I think it's called a dough stretcher.

Asker: In context in the text, I've also used variations of this term, like "dough stretching belt" and "dough stretching bridge", so thank you too for your input!
