neutral  rkillings: Beware. It's the agreement (deed of contract) that is executed when signed. Par contre, an "executed contract" is one that all parties have performed in full, i.e., a completed contract. Awkward.

-> A lawyer won't be confused by the term "execution" in a contract, specifically in the context mentioned above.Black's Law Dictionary définit "to execute" de la manière suivante : "to perform all necessary formalities, as to make and sign a contract"

of entry into the contract

Explanation:
'Conclusion' isn't wrong, but it is legalistic in this sense, is likely to be confused with completion, and is certainly avoided in North America. This substitute, recommended by Termium, works everywhere.
