In Ausnahmefällen muss der Propekt anscheinend nicht erstellt werden. Börsengänge sind nicht unbedingt meine Baustelle... Laut Zahn ist Prospektpflicht "prospectus publication requirement", also würde ich mich mit einer Umschreibung retten. |
