Gostaria de saber o significado da palavra "creamer" dentro do seguinte contexto de ingredientes para o preparo de um tipo de café:

"Ingredients
1 heaped tsp flavored Instant Coffee or regular instant coffee with 1 tbsp flavored coffee creamer."

Achei estranho a tradução de "creamer" que encontrei: desnatadeira. Parece que não faz sentido no caso.
