French term or phrase: à la réception de la livraison
Hi
A header for the section on returns in terms and conditions in the case of the article being damaged.

'Article abimé à la réception de la livraison'

So far I've come up with 'If the item is damaged on receipt of delivery' but is seems a bit clumsy

Explanation:
I would tend to go in the other direction and make headings shorter if possible

e.g.
Receipt of damaged items.

I wouldn't have too many qualms about making it plural.

agree  cmwilliams (X): yes, I think we'd use the plural here in English - 'receipt of damaged items'
