Asker: Merci Kevin. Ce qui me préoccupe c'est que la phrase suivante explique qu'il veuleent amender le protocole ! Comment le contrat peut-il alors être conclu ?

Asker: Pour Beila e Kevin: j'ai du mal à suivre: Ce n'est pas "se lancer dans " OK, Alors s'est "conclu un contrat" (je n'aime pas trop car il peut ainsi aussi être interprété comme fini) ou "passé un contrat" ? merci encore

agree  Beila Goldberg: Un contrat peut toujours être amendé si les parties sont d'accord de le faire. Enter a contract or agreement : passer un contrat. La note est à oublier!

  -> Merci Beila ! C'est ce qui me semblait aussi. De même qu'une loi peut être amendée une fois entrée en vigueur.
agree  Shalyn: "enter into a contrat", equivaut a "executer " ou "conclure" un contrat, en droit des contrats le terme "conclure" ne signifie pas la fin de contrat. Expirer, resilier ou terminer se refere par contre la fin du contrat.

Il ne faut pas confondre "contrat" et "protocole". Le protocole décrit en détail comment les essais doivent avoir lieu. Le contrat stipule que des essais vont avoir lieu, mais c'est le protocole qui en fixe les modalités.
