I have often seen キャラメライズドオニオン or キャラメライズドパイナップル、so maybe キャラメライズド長ネギ?

As for ”leek", there are 3 opitons, リーキ、ポロネギ、ポワロネギ, but the first one has the most hits when googled.

If an ingredient is "leeks", it is surely "ポロねぎ". Like green onions you can see in Japanese foods, it is "長ネギ".

There must be typo in it; “Carmelized” should be “Caramelized”. This term must be the leeks* which are sauteed, grilled or roasted to such a degree that it is cooked until golden brown to make it taste sweeter than would otherwise have been possible.
* The generic name of “leek(s)” is “にら” in Japanese. But, “長ねぎ”, one of the famous vegetables to eat in Japan, is equivalent to “leek, scallion, spring onion, Welsh onion, or long green onion” in English.
