carmelized leeks 飴色になるまで炒めたリーキ Explanation: I thinsk 「キャラメライズしたリーキ」is OK, but this explains what it better. As for ”leek", there are 3 opitons, リーキ、ポロネギ、ポワロネギ, but the first one has the most hits when googled. |

carmelized leeks アメ色(長)ネギ Explanation: アメ色タマネギ or アメタマ is commonly used for onions, not leeks. Whichever, it may not be so critical. Usually it's cooked/sautéed without sugar, but turns out like 「アメ色 "caramelized"」. Example sentence(s):
