Remedy is dus inderdaad definitief de naam van een programma, zoals Emma Cox bij een andere vraag al opmerkte. 2. Ik lees de 1e zin als "om de klantproblemen (zelf) en de trends daarin bij te houden", dus niet alleen een complete lijst van alle issues met hun geschiedenis, afhandeling en status, maar ook een trendanalyse in de tijd: neemt het percentage met succes opgeloste problemen per dag/maand toe/af e.d. Dat is natuurlijk allemaal speculatie, maar "trending" roept bij mij dat beeld op. 3. "This is trended als solved" klinkt misschien een beetje vreemd, maar ik zou het interpreteren als "Dit wordt in de trendanalyse verwerkt als (een) opgelost (probleem)". Past dat bij de rest van het verhaal? 4. Ik ken geen andere, specifieke betekenis van trend als werkwoord, maar wie weet is die er wel en dan kan dit hele antwoord natuurlijk de prullenbak in. Heb alleen geen tijd om het verder uit te zoeken :) |
