Explanation:
Yo lo pondría de esta manera. No podría ser "escala" porque no hace alusión a la profundidad inducida de la anestesia, puede ser baja o alta y eso se determina de acuerdo al perfil quirúrgico. Con la palabra "depth" es inconfundible que se trataría de una cirugía mayor donde se debe sostener la anestesia el tiempo sugerido para la intervención programada. Puedes también traducir como "mantenimiento", sin embargo creo que "sostener" es lo adecuado.

Creo amigo Luis que tampoco podemos usar nivel porque no nos precisa el tipo de inducción de anestesia. Si ponemos nivel podríamos referirnos a una anestesia local, parcial o total. "Depth" nos da la pauta para saber el grado de inducción. Pero claro, es mi opinión.
