già, credo che io direi proprio sgabello/profilo/struttura "a ragno" - perché no? si usa, e rende l'idea così bene :)

PS ve lo ricordate il "grillo"? un bellissimo telefono "design" degli anni sessanta o settanta... ne ho ancora uno, e funziona!
