Staffan a raison : "à domicile" a plutôt tendance à désigner la maison, encore que...

En fait, tout dépend de ce qu'on entend par "hemmaplan".

D'où ma réponse multiple :
hemma stan : dans sa ville natale
hemma området : dans sa région natale
hemma landet : dans son pays natal

Et finalement, l'un dans l'autre, "à domicile" ne me semble pas si mal !

On dit bien des équipes sportives qu'elles jouent "à domicile"...
