Estoy revisando la traducción de una constancia de trabajo de una empresa venezolana llamada "Comercial xxx" que dice textualmente:

"Por medio de la presente yo xxx RIF xxx y CPC xxx en mi carácter de administradora de la empresa hago constar que el Sr xxx quien es titular de la cédula de identidad xxx es accionista y se desempeña en el cargo de vicepresidente de la empresa desde el mes de marzo del año xxx hasta la presente fecha recibiendo un sueldo mensual de xxx.

Demostrándo así responsabilidad y el **buen cumplimiento de sus deberes y obligaciones contraídos con** la empresa."

I think you need to reformulate this a little to achieve a natural-sounding translation, using two verbs instead of a noun for "cumplimiento". Two verbs are needed because, in the context of duties in a work situation, a duty is performed, not fulfilled.

This is a job or a character reference and I think it is therefore important to include any positive detail, which is why I use "he performed his duties WELL". To say that a person performed his duties is not at all the same as saying that s/he performed them well.
