Post in an annual report.

I have used 'tangible assets' as the translation of 'anläggningstillgångar' but 'immaterial tangible assets' sounds like too much of a paradox...Does anyone have a better suggestion?

Explanation:
immateriella tillgångar - intellectual property (capital asset). "Anläggning" could be ignored here, since it just means that it is a fixed asset.
Conversely - a tangible asset does not have to be a capital asset (anläggningstillgång)
