unfortunately the translation was for an agency, and the end customer declined to provide an explanation. I translated it as "we are aware of improvements in the team's productivity", but pointed out to the agency that I was not at all sure if this was the intended meaning. In the light of enduring confusion, I feel I have to close without grading, at the risk of annoying you all. Sorry, and thanks for your help, appreciated as always.

Considering that Simon is going to clarification from the client this discussion may well be moot but, I see this question as asking (albeit in a contorted and complicated manner), whether or not the customer feels that there is attention given to making improvements in the team's productivity. I reasoned my answer according to this interpretation.

Abbiamo visibilità verso i miglioramenti della produttività del team - Mai/raramente/di solito/..." This reads like a quiz... a question and answer setting. The question: We are present in the productive improvements of the team. Never/rarely/usually.

Hi there, B! Yes, asked my wife and she was equally perplexed. A bit of figurative shooting is definitely in order! The possible meanings are various, but the intended meaning is a complete mystery. Think I will have to get back the client at this point.

The person who wrote this should be shot (figuratively speaking, of coouurse!).
Potrebbe anche significare "abbiamo a cuore/teniamo in considerazione/promuoviamo/siamo sensibili a/etc. ...." insomma...non si tratta di marketinglingo Simon, è proprio scritto male. Io chiederei al cliente onde evitare un'interpretazione sbagliata.
