I take it it's de là où il se trouve. And désigner un rond de lumière does not appear to refer to offering a light or putting someone in the (spot/lime) light but rather "pointing out a circle of light" to them, whatever that might be supposed to mean. Is there no more context, in the fullest sense, elsewhere in the document, that might .... er, shed light on this? Or maybe it's il désigne,[comma] aux (in the sense of pour) les autres, ..., so we're looking at "for others he is / represents a circle of light" - again, whatever that means; but I can imagine loads of "role model", "target to strive to equal", etc. meanings. |
