disagree  Ascen: Es la oferta la que puede incluir o abarcar, por lo tanto tiene que ser singular. El verbo no está en condicional, tendría que poner "pourrait aller"

  -> Me confundí en la concordanacia, pero traducir es algo mas que ir palabra por palabra. En el lenguaje jurídico se usan con profusion los tiempos hipotéticos ( condicional y subjuntivo ).
