Tja, het ligt eraan of de vordering al bij de bevoegde rechter ligt of niet.
Is dat wel het geval, spreek je van een "schuldeis" en kies je in het Duits voor "Schuldklage".

In een VOORgerechtelijk traject is Marians oplossing beter.
Haar oplossing is ± 10 x zo frequent: 1590 tegen 14.000 of zoiets. Maar de meeste vorderingen halen de rechter niet, dus da's logisch.
