"Self-contracting" a ici le même sens que "autocontratación" en espagnol.

Il faut recourir à une périphrase car il n'y a pas de traduction exacte. C'est une notion assez proche du "conflit d'intérêts".
Le mandataire agit à la fois pour le compte de son mandant et pour son propre compte.
