In einem Vertrag über den Verkauf von Aktien einer luxemburgischen KGaA steht folgende Verpflichtung des Käufers:

3.2.4 the Buyer will fully and completely assume any and all remaining obligations, in relation to the Shares newly held by the Buyer, (including, without limitation, the obligation to pay in the remaining balance of the Issue Price of the Shares in accordance with any drawdown made by the General Partner) pursuant to the Subscription Agreement entered into between the Seller and the Company as attached in Annex 2, the sold Shares are already fully paid by the Seller and no further drawdowns can be made by the General Partner.

Annex 2 ist leer, bis auf die Überschrift. Weiter oben im Vertrag steht, dass die hier verkauften Aktien vollständig eingezahlt sind. Teilt ihr meine Meinung, dass hinter dem Klammerschluss ein Punkt fehlt? Es also heißen müsste:
"...General Partner). Pursuant to ..."
