Si tratta di un contratto. La frase intera è:

"NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual convenants expressed herein, and for good and valuable consideration received, it is agreed as follows:"

NON MI TRADUCETE TUTTA LA FRASE! Vorrei solo capire che cosa è quella "good and valuable consideration". Si tratta di un pagamento di qualcosa? Come qualcuno saprà, "consideration" a volte è la corresponsione di denaro, no? Ci si riferisce, dunque, a tutto ciò che potrebbe essere dovuto/pagato dalle Parti contraenti nell'ambito del contratto?
C'è una frase precisa, che sia bella ITALIANA !?
